The Chouriço/Linguiça of Alentejano Black Pig is one of the oldest and most emblematic sausages in our brand’s history. Faithful to the recipe of our ancestors, it brings together juicy cuts of black pork with traditional Alentejo seasonings: paprika paste, which gives its distinctive reddish hue, garlic, wine, and bay leaf, creating the unmistakable aroma of a true Alentejo-cured sausage. A versatile delicacy, it shines in a classic cozido à portuguesa, roasted alongside migas à alentejana, or simply enjoyed with a rustic slice of bread — embodying the very essence of Alentejo and Portuguese cuisine. Celebrated and approved by Portuguese consumers, our Chouriço/Linguiça proudly received the Sabor do Ano award in 2021 and again in 2023.
